Testing the Kinu M47 Rebel with the Pour Over Burr: the grind distribution is markedly different — significantly fewer fines, more uniform particles. Result: cleaner pour over cups, more defined flavors, less harsh bitterness. However, this burr is NOT suitable for espresso — it's pour over specific.
